A mysterious (and MASSIVE) cube falls from the sky, causing dismay for all of the residents of Kyoob World.  Why is this a problem?  Because that giant block is sucking everything up!

It's up to Kyoobix to save the day... by blowing it to smithereens!

You only get a certain number of jumps per level, but if you can save some jumps, those will carry over to the next level.

The goal is to beat 12 levels.  Good luck!

CONTROLS
MovementA and D or Left and Right
JumpW or Space or Up
Reset LevelR

NOTE: I've noticed a bug with the Web version where your inputs may not get recognized by the game for a period of time, usually when first loading the level.  Possibly a coding error on my part, but it seems to resolve itself after waiting for a minute or two.  This doesn't happen in the Windows version.

INFO

This is my submission to the GMTK Game Jam 2022.  This year's theme was Roll of the Dice, and this was my interpretation.  I think this game could definitely expand into a more refined puzzle platformer, but I gave it my best shot during the Jam!

The game engine is Godot. The majority of the assets were taken from Kenny's amazing asset library, with some music from OpenGameArt.

You can play in the browser, or download the Windows version (recommended).

This was based.

Putting 2D levels on the surface of a 3D die is a great idea! I also appreciate the rhyming introduction.

This is wonderful! What a clever idea, executed expertly. Controls are nice and tight, having more than one way to solve a level makes repeated levels fun to try out different ways.
Great game!
